My experience with Smile Communications Nigeria Ltd has been nothing short of disappointing. As a customer, I expected reliability and transparency, but instead, I was met with confusion and unresponsiveness. My account was deactivated without any explanation—no warning, no notice.
To resolve the issue, I visited their office on Toyin Street, Ikeja for KYC verification on the 5th of September, 20024. I was reassured that my account would be reactivated within 30 minutes on the same day, was very glad and headed back home ( about 2 hours away from Ikeja). However, here I am today, and the service is still down, the account is yet to be activated.
Despite sending multiple emails, making numerous calls, and engaging with their online chat representatives, I have received no concrete solution or even proper communication about the delay. This level of service is simply unacceptable for a company that claims to provide reliable network solutions.

If you’re looking for dependable internet service, I strongly recommend considering, Swift Network and Spectranet. Both companies have proven to be far more reliable and responsive in their customer service. Smile Network Communication has a long way to go before it can match the level of service offered by these better alternatives.
I had such express last year. It was so bad that 1 month after I had to forget it completely.
That is Smile for you. Go to Google store and check, I tell you, you will not go near them.
